Caldwell's Creek HOA functioning and management occurs according to its Governing Documents. To carry out rules and processes set forth in these documents, Caldwell's Creek HOA has an elected Board of Directors (Board) comprised of volunteer homeowners in good standing. The Board meets and works together to ensure optimal day-to-day and long-term operations, planning, and fiduciary decisions are carried out in the best interest of the community.

The Architecture Committee ensures consistent home exterior appearances by reviewing applications for exterior modifications and providing guidance on architecture rule interpretations and changes. The Social Activities and Events Committee plans and schedules different events to build community among the neighborhood. The committee helps in anyway they can for the various events.
