Caldwell's Creek is a community of 98 single-family homes in northwest Colleyville, Texas. The neighborhood is located in Tarrant County, between Fort Worth and Dallas. The Caldwell's Creek Homeowners Association is led by an elected Board of Directors.
Our ammenties include walking paths and jogging trails surrounded by beautiful mature landscaping. There are nine acres of catch and release ponds. The outdoor enthusiasts have an abundance of recreational activities to choose. Amenities in and around the subdivision include Colleyville Nature Center, McPherson Park, the Cotton Belt Trail, or the nearby Grapevine Lake. Residents can also enjoy. Our community began in the mid 1990s and early 2000s uniquely designed with many cul-de-sac streets.
Familes with students in elementary, middle, and high schools have wonderful options for schools, both public and private. For public school, the Grapevine Colleyville Independent School District serves the students living in Caldwells Creek. Students can attend schools such as Colleyville Elementary School, Cross Timbers Middle School, and Grapevine High School. Grapevine High School ranks as one of the 25 best open enrollment public high schools in Dallas. It’s also one of only ten schools in the nation to receive the coveted New American School designation. There are several surrounding excellent private schools for families to choose from. A few are Grapevine Faith, Covenant Chrisitian Academy, and Crown of Life Luthern School.
